The Federal Law and Justice Institute is an institution that was established to consolidate the previously fragmented activities of legal research and development, training of judicial professionals, justice system and legal education reform into one institution, which was established with the understanding that this would help in ensuring that activities are carried out properly, avoiding duplication of responsibilities and carrying out effective work. This newly structured institute was organized in 2010 as the Federal Law and Justice Research and Training Institute by Proclamation No. 1071/2010. Following the reorganization, the institute prepared and approved the organization that would enable it to fulfill the purpose for which it was established in October 2010 and for the second time in December 2012 based on the improvement proposals provided by the higher authorities. In addition, in accordance with the institutional reorganization and reorganization carried out in 2014, the name of the Federal Institute of Justice and Legal Research and Training was changed to the Federal Institute of Justice and Law and a new structural organization was prepared.
